We also provide representation throughout the US and the entire world for immigration. Why do we focus on bankruptcy, traffic tickets, DUI/DWI, personal injury and immigration? At the law firm of Barlow and Niffen we believe focusing on these areas of Kansas and Missouri law allows us to gain a broader knowledge and understanding of the law. Simply put, better knowledge means better legal representation.
When you hire any of our lawyers for legal representation, our commitment is to represent you as we would represent ourselves. You will have a lawyer who personally handles your case. You will receive prompt replies to your email messages. You will receive a return phone call within XX business days of leaving a message.

Personable and Knowledgable ~ “I have utilized Bill Niffen’s services for several years now for traffic issues (speeding tickets, construction zone speeding, and parking tickets, etc). Each time, Mr. Niffen would listen intently to my situation and provide options with rationale to why which one was the best (ie, points on license, reduced government fees, insurance company concerns, etc). Anytime that I needed information from him, he was just a phone call or email away (based upon his court schedule). He would promptly return my calls or emails in a timely manner. Always open to my concerns or issues, Mr. Niffen would politely keep me informed on anything I would ask or inquire about. In each case, Mr. Niffen reduced my sentencing to lesser violations and kept points off my driver’s license record. His knowledge surrounding my cases was superb (he advised me on possible scenarios but had contingency plans for those situations). His demeanor with me was always gracious and respectful (not arrogant or snobbish). I trust Mr. Niffen with all my traffic law needs.”
Highly Recommended ~ “Bill did very well by me as my lawyer and showed genuine concern about my case. He returns calls quickly which was important because I had a lot of questions. He explained every step thoroughly and made sure that I was comfortable with the process. He is very knowledgeable and can explain how the system works in a way I could understand. I highly suggest him to anyone who is looking for a true professional and is wanting undivided attention to their case.”
Excellent Attorney ~ “I have worked with this attorney on a number of matters and he has been acceptional with everyone. We all have a certain type of anxiety when we realize that we have to contact an attorney, and when I contacted William Niffen all my worries were resolved. I recommend this attorney to all that needs help with bankruptcy, immigration, traffic tickets, and divorce.”
